  Pathfinder announces that it has entered into an agreement to conditionally raise £300,000 before expenses by way of a placing of 60,000,000 new Ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ( Ordinary Shares ) at a price of 0.50 pence per share ( Placing Shares ) (the Placing ).
