The Marine Corps leads the way, at least in terms of hazing, according to a recent Pentagon study.
A 2018 report found that 256 out of 291 hazing complaints came from the Marine Corps, while 91 of the 102 substantiated hazing incidents belonged to the Corps.
The Navy was second, with 17 total complaints and 10 substantiated complaints, while the Army had 13 total complaints, none of which were substantiated, and the Air Force had five total complaints with one substantiated incident, Military.com reported. ....

Throughout the next decade the Marine Corps may create as many as three Marine littoral regiments, all based in the Pacific to keep a continued presence to deter China.
Marine Corps Times first reported news of the Marine littoral regiment in January 2020. Through experimentation and wargaming, top Corps leaders are looking to the new formation specifically to support the dispersed expeditionary advanced base operations. ....

The reviews are in for the Marine Corps’ newest amphibious vehicle and they are not good.
While the amphibious combat vehicle outperformed the Vietnam-era amphibious assault vehicle it is slated to replace, “across all mission profiles” uncomfortable seats, a significantly higher failure rate than required, and limited interior space that would slow down emergency escapes left a lot to be desired.
