CAROLINA BEACH The Carolina Beach Police Department announced 20-year-old Patrick Austin Wise has been detained in Georgia for his connection to the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl during Halloween 2018.
The police stated in a release that Wise is in custody in Rome, Georgia, awaiting extradition, and being charged with one count of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office took Wise into custody on June 29, 9 p.m.; he is on a no-bond hold for a Fugitive from Justice Warrant
Other alleged assailants involved include:
Austen Charles Tounsel Montouri, 21, was arrested on June 10 and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor. He was given a $100,000 secured bond.
