Heavy rain triggered flooding that washed out several roads around Ouray Saturday afternoon. The Ouray County Sheriff's Office issued an alert at 3:40 p.m. asking the public to avoid County Road 17 near Corbett Creek and Yankee Boy Basin due to washouts.
