Eastland-Fairfield: Teaching Professions students earn top honors in national contest
Thanks to the Teaching Professions satellite program through Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools, Cooper Solomon said he knows how he will set up his classrooms in the future.
Solomon, a 2021 graduate whose home school is Gahanna Lincoln High School, finished first in the Educators Rising Moment category in the Educators Rising national competition held virtually in late June.
The Teaching Professions satellite program at Eastland-Fairfield received top honors in three categories and had a total of seven top-five finishes in the competition, according to results released June 27.
Eastland-Fairfield had 22 junior and senior Teaching Professions students compete at the conference, and several whose home school is Gahanna Lincoln earned top honors.
