ATLANTA (AP) Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp has set June 15 special elections to replace two Republican state House members who have resigned.
Greg Morris of Vidalia resigned from District 156, which covers all of Montgomery and Toombs counties and parts of Appling and Jefferson Davis counties after fellow lawmakers elected him to the state Transportation Board. Bert Reeves of Marietta resigned from House District 34, which covers parts of central and northern Cobb County, to go to work for Georgia Tech. ....

Not when president bush pitched a compromise. not when president obama acted on his own in these executive orders, some of which would be narrowed by the urtsco. certainly not now with president trump offering less compromise and a lot more blunder. but if nothing else changes, i want to be clear with you, donald trump won t be the last president to battle with these issues. it s hard to see how you get sustainable improvement unless a president and congress modernize these rules i have been telling you about. the facts suggest rules design to protect huh image rights, which is good, are now contributing to sometimes awarding rule breakers over those who come here lawfully. have you all this political energy over opposing donald trump, which is understandable. it sometimes seems to try to disagree we everything and anything that coombs out of his administration without regard to the fact, without digging into the practical complexities. but this is important beyond the politics. these ....
