preliminary tests have come back negative. health officials say she s been symptom-free for the last 24 hours. she says she felt like a criminal and called her isolation, quote, inhumane. but governor chris tooe defended the state s decision saying val voluntary quarantine is necessary. we want to take every precaution. new york and illinois have also enacted mandatory quarantine rules for people returning from west africa who had contact with ebola patients. and three travelers have being monitored who have been to west africa recently. the local health department has to follow-up with them. they are asking travelers to take their temperature twice a day and stay in contact with the health department every day. so far they have been cooperative. i think they understand why we are doing this, why it is so important. the health department has said where these people have gone locally since they are back, but they are being monitored for 21 days. dr. craig spenc ....
in philadelphia this is cbs-3 eyewitness news . now at 10:00 o clock, what went wrong? the day after a rocket exploded just after lift off questions remain about how it all happened. well good evening i m chris may. i m jessica dean. as the investigation moves forward we re getting a new look at the explosion tonight from a south jersey high school student. the student from ocean city high school took voice video of the explosion, a group of students from the school went to virginia to witness the launch. they had an experiment on board that rocket. it was one of 19 experiments from across the nation chosen to go to the international space station. giant blast and we all like jumped back and, um, we all just just stood there for like at least a minute just li like, oh, oh, no. residents are being told to avoid wreckage that may have scattered from the blast sight since it could be hazardous. cbs news reporter craig boswell has the latest on the blast from ....
