秦皇岛市总深入开展机关干部赴基层蹲点活动-工会-中工网

　　“越往基层走，工作越具体，工会工作越繁复琐细，这些都是原生态的基层实际情况。”李娇来自秦皇岛市总工会保障部，是一名年轻的工会干部，也是赴基层蹲点工作组中唯一的女性，深入一线的“体验式”调研让她获得了在机关难以体会到的真实感和紧迫感。
　　按照省总工会集中开展工会系统机关干部赴基层蹲点活动的要求，秦皇岛市总工会高度重视，迅速落实，7月2日印发了《关于集中开展工会机关干部赴基层蹲点活动工作方案》，利用7月至9月的时间，集中开展工会机关干部赴基层蹲点活动。通过召集县区专题交流座谈、征求各部室意见等方式，精准制定蹲点活动方案，并建立了蹲点活动周报制度。
　　活动开展以来，市总机关选派5名干部，分别与县区、乡镇（街道）或开发区（工业园区）选派的各1-2名工作人员组成蹲 ....
