The Role
We are looking for a highly customer focussed individual to manage a new Customer Service Team based in Wigan. The team will be responsible for taking inbound telephone calls, responding to email enquiries, and monitoring our Live Chat facility on behalf of one our largest prestigious Clients. The team will provide solutions to a varied range of customer enquiries which could include penalty charge notices, parking permits, and parking payments.
