MOBILE, Ala. (WSFA) - Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall has announced that current and former Terminix customers in the state who were “victimized” by Terminix’s price increases and failure to provide paid-for services may now file claims for restitution.
In November, Marshall’s office announced a $60 million settlement with Terminix International in response to the company’s alleged illegal business practices targeting Alabama consumers. The attorney general says Terminix began cooperating with the state to correct these allegations.
