Advertisement A Melbourne grandfather has been granted bail after he allegedly shot a man in the arm following a long-running dispute over rubbish dumping. Paolo Mannici, 89, was arrested on Wednesday after he allegedly shot a 58-year-old Kurunjang man on Rebecca Drive in Ravenhall just before 8.30am. The injured man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Mr Mannici was charged later that day with a number of offences including intentionally and recklessly causing serious injury, and conduct endangering life. Police at the scene on Rebecca Drive, Ravenhall. He required an interpreter to translate the proceedings into Italian.
