Like many people without power in Central Texas, Hutto residents are using cars, propane stoves and sometimes just blankets to keep warm on their second day in a row without heat. Things are dire here, said Hutto resident Will Nash. Many people are without food, water, heat going on 32 hours. Cars are running out of gas to keep us warm, hotels are booked, he said. People feel lost, alone and scared. People indeed need help here.
