ELLINGTON â Three years ago, Cold Creek Brewery owner Jamie Boucher expanded his business operations to open Cold Creek Tavern, at 175 West Road, offering mostly pub food fair along with 12 beers on tap â their own, along with those from other local breweries.
âWe just had our three-year anniversary,â Boucher said.
The tavern opened in October 2017 in the former location of the Hidden Still, which moved about a mile away on West Road.
Initially, Boucher said, he had intended to make the location of the tavern a temporary spot, gauging customer response and if it was a success to then move to a larger building in town to expand its business.
