This is an open letter to Congresswoman-elect Nicole Malliotakis: Having read the Dec. 17 Staten Island Advance article reporting that you have signed onto a letter calling for congressional investigations into the recent presidential election, may I please ask you how you came to the decision to sign on to this issue?
When did this become an important issue to you? Was there a specific situation in the recent election that gives you concern? Specific state(s)? Have you seen evidence of irregularities? The letter you signed cited absentee and mail-in ballots had missing and unverified signatures, the existence of missing and unaccounted voting machine memory cards, and restrictions on bipartisan election observers.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Tucked inside the year-end stimulus legislation that is waiting for President Donald Trump’s signature Tuesday is a bipartisan agreement to end surprise medical billing something Congress has been trying to pass for years.
Surprise billing happens when a person is unexpectedly treated by a provider or in a hospital that is not a part of their insurance’s network. For example, a patient goes to an in-network emergency department, but the emergency department’s treating physician is out-of-network.

Malliotakis Aligning Herself with Conspiracy Theorists is this the best she can do?
How many courts have to rule that there is no evidence of election fraud? There are already 50 judges who ruled against the frivolous lawsuits being brought by Trump’s lawyers.
AG Bill Barr has publicly stated that there is “no evidence of election fraud” in the elections of 2020.
Christopher Krebs, the director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, publicly stated: “The Nov. 3 election was the most secure in American history.” He was fired for the good job he did in making sure our elections were secure.
