Tonight we learned hes facing murder charges in Prince William county. Stephanie ramirez 18 years old. We have a 19 year old here. Now, two days before he was arrested, marshals also picked up a second 19 year old in maryland. They are now two of 6 people facing charges related to the murder of a fairfax high schooler.
