Now, last month, the police union and the mayor and the Police Commissioner agreed to a voluntary Pilot Program where Police Officers would wear body cameras. But the thing is no volunteers stepped up. So the commissioner made the program mandatory. And the police union sued, saying the city had to bar gain with them on this matter. Now that they are making it mandatory. But the Court Decision came down today. Again, denying the motion by the police union. Saying that the commissioner. The statute grants the commissioner power. The test Pilot Program will go forward. The court did say that still can be arbitrated and bargained. But that the test Pilot Program should not be stopped minutes ago, talking about this. One from the aclu of massachusetts. Called this a great victory. For police accountability. And a victory for civil rights. We still havent heard anything from the police union yet or from the Police Commissioner yet. We expect to hear from those folks later today. In the mean

For us tonight where the pilot in plymouth is in the hospital. Got a report of a plane crash, its upside down. Fire and ambulance responded. Reporter the multiengine aircraft, sometimes unpredictable in gusty conditions, winds saturday were gusting just enough to be a problem. Over 22 Miles Per Hour the nose pitched at takeoff, banked to the left side and cartwheeled, broken ribs ribs and head trauma. It kept the runway blocked for hours affecting incoming planes had to be diverted. The airport is going to be closed. I was just wondering if you could pass on the message where else. In chatham, Police Responding to an aircraft all the runway, its landing gear still retracted after a belly landing caused minor damage. The 71yearold pilot Jonathan Finch was uninjured as well as his 72yearold male passenger
