CONCORD, NH Keith R. Dame, 44, of Bog Road in Concord was arrested at 7:51 a.m. on April 10, 2021, on conduct after an accident and two receiving stolen property charges. In the property charge case, back on Nov. 17, 2020, police were sent to Concord Area Transit on Industrial Park Drive for a report of stolen catalytic converters, according to an affidavit. About an hour later, the manager of Schnitzer s Scrap Metal Yard reported two people attempting to sell catalytic converters. Both, she said, were missing heat shields and were consistent with ones used on trucks. The officer showed up and spoke to Dame, who was with a woman, according to an affidavit, and was attempting to get cash for the converters.
