The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2020 will be sent to shareholders on 27 April 2021. The Report and Accounts together with the notice of AGM and the notice of EGM are available for inspection on the Company s website: http://www.ygreit.com/company-documents/ Yew Grove s AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 25 May 2021 at the offices of William Fry, 2 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland.
Placing Update
Further to the announcement made on
16 April 2021, the Company confirms that application has been made for 13,350,000 new Ordinary Shares of
€0.01 each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Growth. The new Ordinary Shares comprise 13,192,631 Placing Shares and 157,369 Subscription Shares.
Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 124,922,210 Ordinary Shares of
€0.01 each. This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
