Aplab Limited board approves 1:1 rights issue at Rs. 10 per share

The Board of Directors of Aplab Limited, at their meeting held today i.e. February 2, 2021, considered and approved the issue of upto 50,00,000 Equity Shares, to the eligible shareholders of the Company on Rights basis as on the record date (to be announced later) as maybe permitted under applicable laws, subject to regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required.
The company will issue rights shares in the ratio of 1:1, i.e., one new share for every one share held as on the record date. The issue price will be Rs. 10/- per share. ....
