YARD SALE DAYS I’m happy to add community yard sales to my Howard Happenings article. Keep in mind that if you put up yard sale signs you should go back and take them down, too. You should wear a mask and practice social distancing when attending yard sales. Take along some hand sanitizer to use frequently, too. Rote Community Yard Sale Days will be today and April 24. Howard United Methodist Church will have an indoor yard sale on April 29-30 and May 1 at the church at 144 W. Main St. in Howard from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. Donations of clean and working items are being accepted now and can be dropped off at the church. Call 814-625-2182 for drop off times so that items don’t get rained on.
