Keep him locked up. State prosecutors have asked a higher court the 7th circuit of appeals in chicago to keep dassey in prison as his case works through the courts. Attorney general brad schimel argues the lower court did not have the authority to order dasseys release, and doing so would cause irreparably harm to the case. Dasseys Attorney Says the state has not argued why they think dassey is a danger to the community. Hes prolly scratching on the walls wanting to get out. Brad dassey brendans half brother is hopeful this is his relatives final hours in prison.
