We are coming on the air in the middle of a race against time in South Florida. Still a search and Rescue Operation, meaning they are still looking for survivors after part that have condo collapsed around 2 00 this morning in surf side near miami beach. Youre seeing part of that building left. At the moment one person has died, two are in the hospital. There are no numbers on how many people are still missing after this horrifying scene. Survivors started to share their stories after a scary morning. Unfortunately, we do hear screams. I dont even want to think about it. We did hear screams but i couldnt tell where they were coming from, from the rubble, from the apartments. People were on their balconies, waving flashlights, yelling to the firefighters. Over the course of the next 60 minutes, we are talking live with another person who made it out of that building and with the mayor of Miamidade County who oversees the First Responders here.
