A third officer was accused of recklessly firing into a neighbors apartment. The grand jurys decision sparked protest tonight. In louisville two Police Officers were shot and wounded in the upheaval. The gunfire erupted as hundreds of people marched through downtown louisville. Video live streamed by Police Showed projectiles launching from the area during that time.
