As you know, shes been a vital part of the Citys Covid19 Response and has been a pivotal leader in that work and has also served in her official role as deputy Health Officer and director of the Disease Control and Prevention Branch for the department and done some outstanding work in Health Equity, Hiv And S. T. I. S. Shes worked with d. P. H. Since 2005. Shes an assistant clinical professor of medicine and infectious disease at ussf and also a primary Care Provider so were delighted to have her as our acting director of Population Health and in breaking news, im also really please today announce that sheis the new Health Officer.
