Renaissance want people to submit designs for a new community bench, which it is donating in support of Marlborough Community Fridge project. The bench would be placed outside the Community Room in the George Lane Car Park. Renaissance is calling on local artists to take the blank canvas of the bench and share their colourful designs for the chance of their inspiration coming to life for the whole community to enjoy. ....

Wicked Local Despite the unprecedented circumstances created by COVID-19, the Sudbury-Wayland-Lincoln Domestic Violence Roundtable held its annual Valentine Collection at Sudbury Wine and Spirits. Although community members could not be invited to help fill the Valentine bags for families affected by abuse, two members of the Roundtable gathered to fill the bags and delivered them to clients of REACH Beyond Domestic Violence, The Second Step, and Voices Against Violence. Due to the generosity of our local communities, the Roundtable was able to provide 65 gift bags as well as additional gift cards and gifts. The Roundtable would like to thank Joseph Saia of Sudbury Wine and Spirits for hosting the collection basket and Sudbury Extended Day for providing the gift bags. ....
