Shelby Sue Conner, 83, of Belmond, IA, died, Sunday, May 16, 2021, at the Rehabilitation Center of Belmond, IA. A public visitation will be Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 3-4:30 PM at the Andrews Funeral Home, Belmond, IA. Interment will be in the Belmond Cemetery.
