Bring khalid shaikh mohammed and all others who are involved in terrorist attacks to justice, swift and sure, in the american justice system. jon: some relatives of the 9/11 victims are speaking out about the trial, saying while they are concerned about security costs they believe the 9/11 suspects must be tried in civilian court rather than in military tribunals. i just believe that all of these people should have a trial, we should show the world what we re doing, not to be held in some secret place where only a few people can attend. jon: joining us now is julie mennon, chairwoman of new new york city s community board one. the community board, you represent businesses, residents and so forth in lower manhattan, the area that would be affected by this trial. exactly, we represent lower manhattan, exactly where the federal courthouse is. jon: and you don t want those trials there. absolutely not and we spoke out early on.
