He wears a number of hats. Hes also an affiliate at Stanford Center for International Security and cooperation. Hes a professor at ucla where he holds appointments in schools of engineering, public affairs, and governance. Hes also a visiting professor in the ucla school of law. His research focuses on the intersection of technology, policy, business law, and the wider ramifications of key technological trends and developments.
