LISBON Through the years, the Columbiana County Courthouse has been renovated from floor to floor and office to office, but the offices of the county prosecutors have not been among them.
County Commissioner Mike Halleck said leaking water is currently damaging the northern wall of the offices, which are on the third floor of the building. The damage is visible inside the small library room outside of county Prosecutor Vito Abruzzino’s office, which shows stains on the paneling.
Additionally, Halleck said the problem is starting to affect one of the courtrooms and offices below it, which is the courtroom of Common Pleas Court Judge Megan Bickerton. ....
