KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed Dec 9 to deliver its decision on the prosecution's preliminary objection (PO) to a revision application by Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin and his wife Datin Seri Zizie Izette Abdul Samad in their corruption case.
