A case under section 409, 420, 120-B IPC and r/w 13 Prevention of Corruption Act has been registered against the accused, namely Ajaz Mir, Drilling Engineer, the then Drawing and Disbursing Officer and Rohin Nanda, Cashier, for their involvement in fraudulent drawals of GPF of the complainant and other employees of the same Department to the tune of Rs 33,03,447. ....
