The 16th street mall has been ranked as a top Tourist Destination but the increased reports of violence had kept many people away. Today, we learned about plans to tackle the problems. The hayden pass fire burn scar in Fremont County was hit with flooding last night. County road 40 was closed because of mud and water across the road. Locals can get in and out, but thats about it.
