Consumers Energy Foundation’s Put Your Town on the Map competition pushed small communities of populations of up to 10,000 people to develop project ideas designed to make smaller Michigan communities a better place to live and work, officials said. A panel of judges chose the three winning projects Wednesday, April 14.
