i would like to see james clapper stand trial for lying to congress. if both of those guys can stand up and face the music for what they did, edward smoa den should come home and face the music for what he did. good point. we are not going to disappear. you will come back and have the fair trial and he can come here and he can make his argument to the american people and to an american court. i have been saying this for the last three years. even before we heard it. and it would be smart for him to do it too. if he doesn t do it he will have an hora of sleeziness. the only problem with that argument which i generally great with is espionage trials are not particularly fair. the defendant is not allowed to give a motive. they are not allowed to say i did this because of this and look at these results. there is a presidential cometion. congress is considering new laws , et cetera. it is not a fair trial.
