I HOPE that you have all had a lovely Easter bank holiday weekend.
Over the break Val and I took our little ten-month old Jackahuahua, Betty, for a walk along the banks of the Mersey. We are so lucky to have such a beautiful trail to follow that is right here on our doorstep.
It was really nice to take in some fresh air, enjoy the scenery and just to have some time out from our everyday routine.
We called at Riverbank Coffee, featured in The Messenger last week, and sat down by the river to enjoy a nice relaxing latte. I had what I can only describe as the nicest tasting sausage roll I have ever had in my life. ....
