Romulo Manuel Jr. assumed as the new deputy chief-of-staff for intelligence (J-2) of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) on Wednesday. Manuel, who donned his second star, replaced Maj. Gen. Alex Luna during the change of chief of office ceremony at the General Headquarters in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City. AFP deputy chief-of-staff, Navy Vice Adm. Rommel Anthony Reyes presided over the ceremony. "Maj. Gen. Manuel's sterling achievements, formidable 'game-changing 'capabilities, and enhanced individual competencies will always be associated with him as the 'King of Battle.'
