THE family of a woman who passed away nine years ago have blasted the Government s vaccine rollout program after they received a letter in the post about her appointment NEXT WEEK.
Alice Kavanagh, who was a diabetic, died suddenly from a brain clot at the age of 49 on April 14, 2012.
