A new wave of cash is flooding into Ohio to help renters hit by the COVID-19 pandemic pay their rent and utilities.
The federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program is sending $775 million to Ohio, with $565 million earmarked for the state and the remainder being doled out to large cities and counties. Gov. Mike DeWine this week signed House Bill 167 into law, which spells out how the state will administer its chunk. ....
