A new wave of cash is flooding into Ohio to help renters hit by the COVID-19 pandemic pay their rent and utilities.
The federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program is sending $775 million to Ohio, with $565 million earmarked for the state and the remainder being doled out to large cities and counties. Gov.
