ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Benjamin H. Hogan, 19, of 301 W. Beecher Ave., Apt. 1103, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. Sunday on a retail theft charge after being accused of taking food from County Market at 1255 W. Morton Ave. without paying.
• Gage A. Wahl, 31, of 1726 Gravel Springs Road was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Sunday on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant accusing him of a parole violation.
VANDALISM
• A residence in the 400 block of West Beecher Avenue was damaged when someone threw a rock at it about 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
• The windshield of a car was damaged about 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of East Michigan Avenue. ....
