The No. 2 Jays are set to make their third straight Class 4 District 5 championship appearance when they travel to take on the top-seeded and seventh-ranked Pleasant Hill Roosters at 7 p.m. today. But the Jays do not feel any added pressure as they prepare for tonight’s Homecoming matchup. “We are just looking to be our very best today, and hopefully that takes care of this week,” Jefferson City coach Damon Wells said. “They are all important to us. We face a pretty quality opponent, so it’s going to be a heck of a challenge.”
