Nick Bollettieri is downsizing.
The Hall of Fame tennis coach and founder of Bradenton’s IMG Tennis Academy recently put his 4,560-square-foot waterfront home on the market for $2.2 million.
“With the epidemic that’s taking place, all of my outside businesses of speeches, clinics, working with major corporations came to a halt,” he said. “Because of that, I just can’t afford it anymore. I’m sure a lot of people are experiencing the same thing.”
The picturesque four-bedroom property is on .88 acres overlooking Palma Sola Bay in Manatee County. Bollettieri and his family have lived there since 2013, when they bought the home for $1.275 million.

Battery
Officer Puccio was dispatched to a condominium in reference to a battery at the location. Upon arrival, Officer Puccio and Officer Tillman made contact with the vitim who related that she had met the offender the previous night in downtown Sarasota when they departed together and proceeded to his residence. The victim related that while at the residence they were drinking and then had fallen asleep. The victim stated that it was approximately 4 a.m. when she attempted to awaken him to have him give her a ride home. The victim related that she was having a hard time trying to keep him awake, as he refused to accommodate her request and became very agitated and began using profanity against her.
