After year s of furious debate Britain s Rwanda crackdown has finally begun, with Home Office agents this week detaining the first set of illegal migrants.
The eight-page booklet included a map of Africa, pictures of Rwanda s capital Kigali, statistics about the country and pictures of the accommodation they will be living in.
