The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) has appointed Tilbury Douglas CEO, Paul Gandy FCIOB, as its latest vice president. In 2025, Paul will become the 122nd president of CIOB. His presidency will follow on from that of Mike Kagioglou FCIOB, who will succeed the current president, Sandi Rhys Jon
