Collin Samuels also known as “Pastor Sammy” of the People’s Restoration Ministries located on the Essequibo Coast, Region Two, was on Tuesday freed of a charge which alleged that he raped a female member of the said church.
Collin Samuels, also known as Pastor Sammy of the People’s Restoration Ministries in Essequibo has been charged with rape.He appeared at the Anna Regina Magistrate's court on August 23 before Magistrate Esther Sam.He pleaded not guilty when the charg
