John McKenna Republican-American LITCHFIELD After two years in one of the most prominent commercial locations in the center of town, The Silly Sprout children’s store is heading to a new home as part of its comeback from the devastating economic effect of the COVID-19 pandemic. Owner Jessica Marullo-Dell’Aera will be moving her six-year-old business from 7 West St. to 503 Bantam Road in time for Memorial Day weekend.
