Lose 100 million dollars, and lose that through over shopping. or million things. and student that you can t. and but not everyone well. so the second reason is because there is a structural problem in the student lending system. where if the college lenders know that it is totally guaranteed, that there is not even a possibility of bankruptcy. they will lend out money to anyone. at any amount. and the colleges know that to. and they jack up their prices at will essentially. so that s why the prices kept getting higher and higher and higher. and really quick, this is crazy. this all happened in 1998. in a higher education act. that was like 300 pages, this was like two lines stuck into the bill. and that s what senator durbin was talking about there. no one even noticed. people i had voted for, then even owes in there. and a lot of what we talked about in the movie s can this be reversed? can we talk about? this and some conversations with senator reuben and durban at the end. there ....

Been pushing for solutions to this. you have a bill that would essentially reverse this. does this bill have a chance of actually getting past? first thing is first. committees. the bill has to go through a committee. where? we this is wild. so, i remember watching. this nose. as that student debt is one of the only things that can t get rid of through bankruptcy. there s a little loophole that says if you can demonstrate undue hardship you can. but the courts that if you don t have serious cancer you can t be able. two so you can i can go and lose 100 million dollars, and lose that through over shopping. we can discharge that through bankruptcy. and student that you can t. and and some might go through that process, but not everyone well. so the second reason is because there is a structural problem in the student lending system. where if the college lenders know that it is totally guaranteed, that there is not even a possibility of bankruptcy. they will lend out money to anyo ....
