If the commercial landlord doesnt ensure that the covered features are accessible then again they shall also include additional statement in the obligation notice of please note the property may not currently meet all applicable construction related accessible standards including standards for Public Restrooms ground floor entrances and exits so trying to put that up front to businesses so theyre notified of what their potential liabilities maybe, and obligations maybe, and to encourage them to investigate it.
