Fbi. The suspect is Everett Jamison from modesto. He is a former marine sharpshooter. He appeared in court in fresno and was charged with attempting to provide support to a designated foreign terrorist. Janet is in the city with how the fbi said jamison revealed his plan to an undercover agent. Reporter according to the Court Documents jamison said he had been to pier 39 before and he was not concerned about an escape plan because he was prepared to die.
