Reporter this happened within two blocks in the 1600 block of east warel and 4,000 block of potter street. Police believe the suspects cut the tires late tuesday night into early wednesday morning. The owner of this Surveillance Video that recorded suspects driving away did not want to appear on camera. It aint right, really aint right. Reporter neighbors tell me as many as eight vehicles were targeted, police are asking anyone who might recognize these suspects to contact east detectives. It was the first two years the second term, making it all the more imprezzive, and i think this is one of many respects in which our current circumstances are really driving a sense of whats possible. I mean, based on the past two administrations, one is led to the first two year conclusion, but, of course, bill clinton achieved what is arguably the biggest domestic success in the second term. So i would not i think it would be really unfortunate if we came to the conclusion, you know, that sort of like waste dna, the last six years of a president s term are wasted time; right . We could find ways to address that and honestly they werent all my ideas. George walker and barbara and others were involved in developing those ideas, democrats and republicans developing those ideas in virginia. Because i believe there are bigger problems within our system and our system is not unique. I think there are problems in systems all over the country. That is why i pushed the study resolution. This was just an incremental change. We change an important piece of the Mental Health picture but the real work lies ahead. We have to reform the system and our work will be a failure unless we do. We have to use this opportunity of the study resolution to spend four years working very hard, very intensely at the virginia process. We have to see what works and what doesnt and we have to come back with real changes over the next four years. In virginia at least its incremental to change that we passed. Did it go far enough . Space walks to repair the system as quickly as possible. The trick is to be prepared for it when it happens so the crew can be able to make the repair themselves. Reporter todays walk was originally scheduled for yesterday but it had to be delayed after a small amount of water got into the astronauts suit during saturdays mission. Hell wear a different suit today while the other one dries out. They put the new suit together, tested it. Everybody is pleased with it. I dont think theyll have any problems when they go outside for this space walk. Reporter last july an italian astronaut nearly drowned when a water leak filled his helmet.
