There are definitely people who feel recovered and that theyre thriving in their lives and there people who are really struggling, people now struggling because held it together when things were really stressful and they are now falling apart and people who had their support systems fall apart and then now theyre falling apart. And there are people who are kind of languishing in the middle. You know, its its not thats clinical, but its theyre tired. And so i just want to invite people, check in with themselves and feel how theyre feeling. I wrote this book.
